Cold Weather Shipping Guidelines
If you are interested in ordering from us during cold or winter months, please read the following. We ship in insulated boxes, with heat packs to insure the safety of the animals, and with that in mind- We DO NOT guarantee live arrival on orders that are shipping with temperature lows below 40 degrees. In most cases, we don't mind holding any animals ordered until the weather breaks and provides the opportunity to ship safely.
When receiving reptiles in cold weather, if your animal comes in and feels very cold, SLOWLY allow them to warm to room temperature by leaving them in the bag they were shipped in, set in a warm place for several hours. Do not attempt feed them until they have fully acclimated to the new environment.
